Polly and Tosha (Posha) make the best team. They are both proficient in their business and also extremely pleasant to work with. Both are personable, accessible and are fluent in ASL. You get two realtors for the price of one :]

I would give Tosha a 5-star review, hands down. She was the best landlord I've ever had. Always responsive and definitely down-to-earth. Whenever we contacted her, she was quick to get back to us. When we left, she gave us extra time and didn't ding us for every little thing like most places do. She appreciated her tenants, and it showed. It was actually hard to leave because she was so easy to work with. Would definitely recommend her and would rent from her in the future.
